This four bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland estate with its own exclusive members only swimming pool as well as its own private pool. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 children
The villa's accommodation comprises a large open plan lounge/dining area opening to a balcony with stunning sea views, and includes a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The large screen TV gives access to over 1000 channels and up to date movies. Full Wifi is available.
Downstairs are three bedrooms, two ensuite and a separate bath room.
The property has its own private swimming pool and guest cottage with ensuite bath room. There is a large barbecue and party area with a fully equipped bar “De Limetree Bar” where the barman can pick fresh limes from the adjacent Limetree!
The accommodation also includes membership of the prestigious Fairmont Royal Pavillion beach club on Barbados’ famous west coast with discounts on its full range of water sports facilities. Property is only available for a minimum of five nights. Perfect for families.

Summary: Fantastic villa with everything we could have wanted. Beautifully appointed and great attention to detail- heaps of towels, toiletries and a very well stocked kitchen. Staff on the complex were great, private and communal pools both fab. Loved every second. Housekeeper and cleaner provided too- just wonderful.
